Join us at the newly established Teatar071 (Sime Milutinovića 2/II) for a powerful evening of contemporary drama. On Friday, March 27 at 8:00 PM, we honor World Theatre Day with a performance of “Sniper”, written by the acclaimed Croatian author Damir Karakaš and directed by the visionary Dino Mustafić.
About the Play
“Sniper” is a high-octane drama charged with emotional and political tension. It follows two young people grappling with hopelessness, anger, and a crumbling social landscape. Their desperate search for meaning pushes them toward radical choices, blurring the line between genuine frustration and destructive extremism. Karakaš’s writing is a “brutally precise” reflection of our modern era and the lost generations fighting to be heard.
“Sniper is a play that creates space for public dialogue; it is theatrically unsettling and invites the audience to view reality without the makeup.” — Dino Mustafić, Director
