Sarajevo will once again become the epicenter of the regional metal scene on February 13–14, 2026, as the third edition of the Eternal Flame Metal Festival takes over the Dom Mladih – bigger, louder, and more powerful in production than ever before.
The festival brings together 10 bands from Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad, uniting the spirit of Sarajevo with the energy of metal across all subgenres – from heavy and power metal to death, black, and industrial sounds.
Headliners:
Brainstorm (Germany) – power metal veterans active since 1989, known for massive riffs, melodic choruses, and the distinctive vocals of Andy B. Franck. Their performance guarantees pure, uncompromising metal.
Blaze Bayley (UK) – former Iron Maiden vocalist and a true heavy metal legend. He comes to Sarajevo with anthems that defined generations and an energy that never fades.

Mastic Scum (Austria) – brutal death/grind destroyers, renowned for technical precision and a relentless industrial edge.
Thy Legion (Malta) – death/black metal veterans with over 20 years of career behind them and the powerful album Grand Cosmic Funeral.
Kryn (Croatia) – the region’s biggest metal band returns to Sarajevo after 12 years, delivering dark atmospheres and explosive energy.
Deadspawned (Serbia) – a new Belgrade death metal machine formed by members of cult bands, ready to tear Dom Mladih apart.
Power Surge (International) – an international heavy/progressive project with members from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia; their album Shadows Warning impressed European media.
Klapan (Banja Luka) – a fusion of thrash, groove, and metalcore that brings pure chaos live on stage.
Semetra (Sarajevo) – an alternative metal hybrid of punk, stoner, and symphonic metal, featuring the powerful debut album Gods on Earth.
Ludilo (Tuzla) – old-school thrashcore veterans founded in 1989, whose demo Čoban tjera monstrume has cult status.

Early bird two-day passes priced at 60 KM (€30) will be available from November 1 at Kupikartu.ba and Sarajevo Disk Music Shop (Radićeva 2). The promotion runs until December 1, after which ticket prices will increase.
Beyond the music, the festival offers merch stands, afterparties, and an atmosphere to remember.
